Project featured the replacement of an existing 10,000 BBL shipping tank with a 3,000 BBL tank, replacement of a 3,000 BBL water tank with a 2,000 BBL tank, on-site jack-n-roll relocation and refurbishment of a 10,000 BBL produced water storage tank (including foundation design and roof replacement), and the complete construction planning and schedule control.

Project featured the detailed tank and foundation design and process review, procurement support of a 15,000 BBL produced water storage tank, and 10” flare installation to accommodate increased volume from tank.

PROJECT: Acordionero Blending Facility and Export P/L COMPANY: GranTierra Energy LOCATION: Colombia, South America
Acero was responsible for the FEED of a Blending Facility 20,000 BPD including 3D model, IFC earth work design, and RFQs for all long lead items as well as the pumping station, LACT and tie-in to an existing crude oil export pipeline.
PROJECT: PCT Blending & Export Terminal Expansion COMPANY: PCM, a Glencore Company LOCATION: Chad, Africa
Acero was responsible for increasing capacity of the PetroChad Transportation Company (PCT) blending and export terminal from a rate of 35,000 BPD to 75,000 BPD in Chad, Africa. Facility required installation of three 17,500 BBL storage tanks c/w heating capabilities and transfer/recycle pumps, electrical building, and chemical injection packages.
